<img src=”https://naked-science.ru/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/ris-4-ren.jpg” alt=”New data on the generation of X-ray radiation by laboratory atmospheric discharges obtained”/>A team of scientists from the Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (LPI) and MIPT presented a new study devoted to X-ray radiation observed under laboratory atmospheric discharges. In their work, they conducted comprehensive measurements of X-ray radiation in the peripheral region of atmospheric discharges initiated at voltages of about one million volts.
